Third and 30 (30 hours playtime) - Should pop instantly
You're my hero! (complete all challenges) - Steal 5 cars
Everything is permitted (all hitman assassinations) - kill the last one
Hi-Jack it (all vehicle theft) - steal the last car
Life of the party (all collectibles) - last one is near the trafficking in henry steel mills (picture with a fan - u will see it on the minimap)
LVL 50 , More than 1 million $ , almost every weapon upgrade and all skills purchased

Activity trophies don't pop just in case anyone tries, you can get all the other misc trophies (50 brute kills, 1000 gang members, max weapon upgrades etc).
