To use the save just install the couple of free DLCs the game has from the PSN

The Trophies are:

Brave New World or For the good of mankind Trophies = Dont upload or Upload the virus on the uploadable computer room, respectively.
Sniffing Around = Ger the last Maus comic on the same room as the uploadable computer (look exact location online)
Evolution theory = Get audio numer 23, (look exact location online)

Right tool for the job and Man of steel = Upgrade the Equalizer weapon and the RHINO set to Mk X with the nano cores at the Medbay

Was that yours?= Kill the Rogue agent last boss with the Claws of Gestalt equipped
Overconfident = Automatic when you kill the last boss, probably.

Goliath/Operator/ Sentinel = Craft any complete set that fits each category Ex: Craft whole RHINO set for Goliath

Maybe Trophies:

Maybe Gear Up if you level your core
Maybe Core Power if you level your core

Maybe It Lives It sniffs it conquers if you backtrack from nucleus, to executive forum, to security and finally to central production B (look exact location of the vending machine online) (recommend doing this one first and deleting the save so you dont have to go back to nucleus, then just transfer the save again to the ps4)

Maybe Butchers Bill (cutting each kind of limb) and Jack of All trades(All proficiencies are over 10 so I don't know if leveling one up will pop this one)

Maybe Nothing to lose

Maybe Guard Dog if you craft the whole Black Cerberus set in the Medbay
