This game is very interesting and go buy it!!
Last of us - difficulty + Full upgrade Joel + Full upgrade weapons [CUSA00552/CUSA00559]
Save 5 - For all difficulty
Open the door and end the game. ALL difficulty and NG+ trophies will be poped after credit (I am at NG+ survivor difficulty).
Save 6
1, Everything we've been through - Fully upgrade Joel with supplements
After load up, upgrade Joel at the last slot.
2, For emergencies only - Fully upgrade all weapons
Joel is in a room with the weapon modify table, head out the room and go right.
Use the shiv door and grab the weapon parts. Go back to the modify table and upgrade the last weapon slot.

I just loaded the save the ROCKY_southpaw re-regioned for US, there is no "Save 5 or 6", it's just Save 2. Save 2 loads, and you stand away from the hospital door in the hallway. Open your inventory & upgrade the "Crafting Speed" for the "Everything We've Been Through" - Silver, to pop. As before I mentioned Joel, was in a hallway, well yy26jet states your in a room with a modify table, well your not. If you turn to your right after upgrading your inventory then grab the look in the room & leave thats a collectible. Also, walk to the end of the hallway & open the sequence of doors. Grab Ellie and run now. Run through the locker room then into the elevator. Watch what happens. Finish game, letting credits & trophies will be yours. "No Matter What - Easy" through "The Last of Us - Survivor +" will be yours.
