i took the save, resigned, selected chapter 11 (the one where you fight quiet) and selected a random mother base soldier as my character.
once in the mission, i just did the original supply drop trick on quiet, went to the evac zone and a handful of trophies popped (s rank, elite, completing a mission with a random soldier etc)
