When I did the Close Shave trophy, it also unlocked Career Criminal when it should had unlocked after Waste Management. Now my trophy list doesn't look legit... Also, we need to have completed ''From Beyond The Stars'' & ''A Mystery, Solved'' before getting Career Criminal which your 2 separate videos doesn't show in proper order.

I found them all. The submarine one is easy enough with the tracker app.
The stunt jump is number 23 in powerpyx video. https://www.powerpyx.com/guide/gta-v-all-monster-stunt-jumps.html

And after you get all those the 100% trophy unlocks as well.
