Questions are a good thing. I replied to your other thread with info on PS3 saves, and will include some PS4 info here. Yes, with a US copy of the game - digital or physical - you could use this save. Do you see the number in the name of this thread that goes "CUSA06997"? That's the CUSA number. When we say it's US region, we're really saying it's CUSA06997. That's just a code the game uses when it creates a save, and you can actually see it on your game saves if you look at them on a USB stick. Some games, the CUSA is the same across different parts of the world. Others, we can use Save Wizard to change the CUSA from one region to another. This game does not work like that unfortunately, so you would need a US save.
There are also EU threads that have EU saves for this game, but I don't think it's for all of the trophies in the game, just a whole lot of them. So depending on what you're looking for, it might be way more than enough. Or maybe not. You'd have to check. Also, with Save Wizard you can add a bunch of cheats, so between those and EU saves, you might find that you don't need an extra copy after all. Plus, if you're willing to spend money to avoid doing something more in the game, note that we also have an Auctions section that has some trophy shops, where you can hire someone to do some trophies for you. It's really up to you.
But for Save Wizard, if you don't already have it, I've included some links below. You didn't explicitly ask about this, but given your question about Xploder in your PS3 thread, I thought it couldn't hurt. Always feel free to PM me, too. Welcome to the forums.
