Unfortunately not. Since the game cannot save during it - and when it finishes a Mein Leben playthrough, it does not record that feat to your profile save so the games does not remember it either (other than the trophy) - there is nothing in your save files for Save Wizard to act on.

There is actually a way to get it super easy. Unfortunately, you need a jailbroken PS4 with firmware 5.05. On that PS4, you can install a cheat engine that lets you modify a game in RAM. Therefore you can enable GOD more and play it without ever dying.
But like I said, you need a jailbroken PS4 as no commercial product can do this at the moment.

But then people's trophy would be stuck on said PS4, unfortunately, unable to connect to PSN or sync.
