this is my saves for The Surge Complete Edition CUSA04733 US
i started to make saves for the missable trophies in the game and it has some others as well
you don't need to resign usersettings file just resign autosave0 file

intract with the vending machine on the right the wall will open up go inside and interact with the gear for Jack of All Trade equip the one handed weapon(S&R Falcon) its proficiency is 4 you need to level it up to 5 for the trophy kill few enemies with it

for the endings related trophies do one and re-copy the save and do the other ending
You must login or register to view this content. kill the first boss with its own weapon (P.A.X Imperator) equip it and kill the boss with it you don't need to use the boss' weapon the whole time you're fighting it. You just need to get the finishing blow on the boss with their weapon to get this trophy.

If it's 5.00, then Firmware shouldn't be the issue. Are you sure you have CUSA04733? If so, then what error message are you receiving? And where exactly is the failure - in Save Wizard or on the PS4 itself?

This is for the non-DLC version US CUSA04733 (6.50) that can potentially unlock some trophies (a bunch of them are missables or NG+ only so it can save time for you) without much effort.
GUIDE
You are at the beginning of the Research and Development Area. Proceed through the first two stairs and take a detour to you're right on the last stair (beware the poison gas, change your equip to Liquidator Set to avoid damage and this will possibly unlock the OPERATOR trophy). Use your drone to unlock the door, enter, collect the Sunglasses and the trophy Sunglasses at Night will pop soon after!
If you die while trying to enter the room with the Sunglasses, you will unlock: I'll Be Back.
Return to the place you died and grab the tech scrap to unlock Sorry, I Dropped This.
My bet is that if you played a little on your own you already got this two, but in any case...
If Core Power doesn't unlock immediately after loading, pick the sunglasses and then proceed a little further through the area, enter the safe room and upgrade your Core one time and it will pop. As you walk it's possible that Jack of All Trades will unlock immediately also but if it don't, just defeat any enemy you find and it will surely pop. The trophy Nothing to Lose will instantly unlock in your first steps too, naturally.
Play through the entire level and by the end of it you will have to fight the boss ECHELON 9.
Open the menu, equip the "BLACK CERBERUS" armor set and the weapon"MC Judge 2.0" and then proceed to kill the boss to unlock:

GOLIATH
If you manage to get there with more than 20,000 Tech Scraps (don't worry, this is a NG+ save and enemies give an average 2.500 tech scraps per kill) and beat the boss you will also unlock Overconfident.
POSSIBLE, BUT NEED TO BE TESTED
Obtain any of Mallory's audio logs (there is one in this area) to unlock Follow the White Rabbit.
Obtain any of Dr. Murphy's audio logs (there are four in this area) to unlock Evolution Theory.
If positive, then this two other trophies will also pop when you pick one of the corresponding audio logs for them:
Raging Drones and Liberation (there is one of each of the required audios for the trophies in the next level, the Executive Area, just beat the boss and proceed playing, then collect and unlock!
First Day on the Job: Equip the RHINO gear set or LYNX, if the trophy doesn't pop, sever any limb from an enemy and collect the dropped part. If both this methods doesn't work, try to sever the limbs of a enemy who has any part of this two gear sets equipped (this will surely works). This can potentially work for the SENTINEL, OPERATOR and GOLIATH trophies too.
It Lives! It Sniffs! It Conquers!: if the above method for the "First Day on the Job" worked, then equip the IRON MAUS gear set. Luckily this one will also pop.

That's strange. Some trophies above are sure hits because what triggers them is some action (The Black Cerberus is for killing the boss and Core Power requires the core to be at leval 80, mine is 300 so even if it not unlock instantly, if you level up just one time it would unlock - and this save has large amounts of tech scrap to do that). Jack of all trades requirements also met his requirements as the character presented have proficiency levels at or above 5 with all weapons.
Did you played through the level or just loaded the save? As playing is a requirement for some like beating a boss (Echelon 9) with his own weapon (MC JUDGE 2.0) while carrying at least 20.000 scraps should unlock the listed trophies because all requirements for them are met in this way. I can't test them myself... My Save Wizard is shared with some other guys and I don't have their logins. Maybe the jack of all trades requires a level up in proficiency (twin rigged is at low level - 5 - and it will be easy to level up in this area of the game).
Operator, Goliath and Sentinel are for having complete sets of each of this classes, they're there in the inventory, did you collected a piece dropped by an enemy?
Give me more details and I will try to help.
