Ingame menu? But it showed up okay when you copied it over from USB stick to your PS4? Just in case make sure that your CUSA is CUSA08809.
If it is indeed CUSA08809, then make sure you're starting the game offline. Don't think that should be an issue here but I've seen it affect some odd titles.
Also, did you resign both the "Progress0" and "Profile0" saves? Former is a save to select in-game. Latter is just general profile save and, if I recall, is where things like TA and HTA scores are stored, unlocks too. Don't recall if there's a difference between Load and Continue in SotC, but if there's an option to "load" game, choose that instead of continue, so that you can manually pick your save. If nothing's working still, then before copying these saves over to your PS4, make sure your saves (from before these) are backed up, then delete them from your PS4 (the SotC saves, that is), then copy these 2 saves over, both Progress and Profile, then launch offline. Just to minimize any and all chance of conflicts.
