Update notes:

- Picture quality during did playback has been improved.

- Wireless headsets (CECHYA-0080 / CECHYA-0086) and a stereo headset (CECHYA-008 are now supported.

- Muting of the PlayStation Camera (Hold the PS Button and tick the box).

- PS4 now beeps when ejecting a disc while the console is on.


So to me, that's a fairly pointless update. Who even watched dvd's on a blueray player? But yeah cool a update is a update, fingers crossed for some unnoted changes that will benefit us.

i all so noticed that went you press the eject button it now makes a beep, not 100% but when i turn my ps4 off it now seems to shutdown alot faster.

will test that right now...


Yeah theres a beep when you eject it, cant say ive noticed that before lol standby mode seems to be as it was and just as quick as shutting the console off.

With this update my PS4 dashboard feels a lot smoother! Don't know if that's just me imagining things but I'm sure it it haha.

Also I read somewhere that this update supports 7.1 headsets now so that's great news for me considering my Trittons are 7.1.
