Ether One - Update 1.02
Level Skip Glitch for Devlin Mine
Founded by Me.
Uses - This could be used for speedruns / Exploration.
When you start off. Go forward towards the fence.
Proceed to this location, where you can hop over the fence - it may take a while as its not meant to be a place you can access:

Continue along the fence until you reach this set of rocks:
You must login or register to view this content.
Jump forward and you will land on a platform (actually a roof):
You must login or register to view this content.
Lastly all you have to do is look towards the sun, and move forward. A room will appear:
