The Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver would be awesome to play as a remastered game. And if it does well, may be they'll decide to continue the series.

Fallout 3!! Hopefully sort out the bugs with the PS3 version.

KOTOR 2's PC version actually got a pretty decent touchup maybe 2 years ago, so it's not out of the realm of possibility. A ton of bugs were fixed, unfinished missions were finally put in the game including whole new areas, unfinished quest lines, achievements added, etc. I can't recall if graphics were touched up as well, but given about 15 years had passed it was a pretty welcome surprise. I wouldn't EXPECT a remaster, but I wouldn't rule it out either. I've at least been expecting the same PC treatment for the original KOTOR.
