Other comments: It's been 3 months now. Nothing. He said GTAV would take 3 weeks. And he would start in about a week. That was over 3 months ago.

Hey, Wosley - you may close this topic now. Thanks for your help. I contacted my bank 3 weeks ago, and got a full refund - $137.37. I got every cent back. I wish I had done this earlier. Only took 8 months. Great news, huh? :-)
