you have to type in the code carefully when I get a new Itunes card I usally screw the code up the first time but just try it again and when u think u have it right just re-read what u have on the card and see if it matches the one u have on the screen.

I'm not the one who entered the code.It was Why so serious? And duh, everyone checks it before they enter it:p
Also, he seems to be trying to work things out now so idk.
