Originally sold to Screamo, who offered a refund when he found out the account was scammed.

I never hacked the account back, he has no proof whatsoever, and the account was a terrible one.
I never even received payments for the account and therefore it wasn't even a real deal I guess?
I have not touched the account ever since it was given to screamo, with the promise of things to come.[His end of the deal] which hasen't happened yet and obviously will not seeing as this kid has made a mess of things by jumping the gun.

The point stated here, I was promised a decent payment for the account, which I accepted. This kid now claims the account is stolen, when I actually gave the real recoveries to screamo in the first place. [Can provide images] I was promised a payment last monday which never happened. I was still holding out on the payment, but now things such as this "claim" have happened. But honestly in my opinion and truth, I DID NOT TAKE THE ACCOUNT BACK, but I believe I have the power to right now if I desired seeing as an agreement was never finalized [via payment], obviously I will put in a request seeing as "none of us 3" currently possess the account, or so they say.

With no proof, nor deal finalization between myself and Screamo, he had no right to do another deal in regards to this account, without first finishing ours.[This being me selling the account to screamo, than him giving it to getbig without finishing his end of the deal with me] Ultimately the best solution is for him to issue a refund seeing as I never even received my end of the deal yet.

I am obviously going to recover the account now, as stated above ^ seeing as we none of us possess it... But unless you want to hold up Screamo's end of the deal.. I will retain the account [if it is managed to be recovered] If you wish to work out a deal, you will be provided will all the correct info, e.g recoveries.

Did you donate him any v-bucks? If yes I would like you to post some screen shots of your donations and we will take it from there.

I contacted you, and asked the amount you wanted for the account. You never responded. I talked to getbig and he told me you wanted 200k. I tried to donate and I can't because of the nazi symbol in your name. I already repped you also, so that was my end of the deal.

Also, a shit account is not an account with 15m+ and 90+ stats.

The vBux were payed to Screamo, who bought the account from Kurt... i cleared my entire vbPlaza log today, but screamo should/may still have it in his.

Well, regardless of what our perspective is on great rs account... I can tell you for %100 I did not scam you, believe me or not. And as for Screamo, I do recall we talked on that chat site you sent VIA Pm? and you agreed to the 200k vbux, successful referral to trustworthy list, rep, and an attempt to talk to outsider about premium. Also, I replied to that PM that was sent on that sunday late at night. I would not ignore a message asking me to clarify your end of the deal. In my eyes, I felt as if you were ignoring my PM's :whistle: You didn't rep me until now? Nor send a message stating about my name and issues until this dispute came up?

On monday I sent you a message asking how much do I owe you for the account? I have waited all week for you to respond, as I had full intention on paying you. If you could change your name, I would pay you the vbux I owe plus double the amount for all of the trouble. I did not intend on you feeling scammed, as I have been waiting to pay you I just did not know how much, and now I cannot due to the symbol in your name.

Well this turned into a big mess, well.. would there be anyway to change my name? Earning the points by posting would take me awhile... the request is still pending, but I am happy to give it straight to getbig when its back. I believe you, and seeing as your level 1 trustworthy, = had no intension whatsoever on scamming me or even getting into this situation.

Once its recovered, I will send getbig a pm.. as for the donation, wonder if we could figure out a name change.. and than everything is good to go.

I know there is a cerctain code that can go at the end of your name to replace the symbol, dont know what it is though, but it starts with 213

But if you use the Donate link, it works (casino doesn't with symbols ).

I recovered the account like 5 mins ago (the application went through) He now has the password. Screamo just needs to donate to me, which he can with the donate button under my name, I believe that works ^.

Regardless, this can probably be put to rest
