This should be put in the dispute section, also contact a member of staff, and get your proof on ASAP.

In the future, make sure to look at the available sections before making a thread. Threads of this type are to go in the Dispute Section, not here in the Account section.

Also, you're going to need to provide some form of proof. We could take your word over the member in question, but at the end of the day if you don't have any proof to back up your claim, you're at no advantage over that of who you are claiming is a scammer.
