@Playa: Do you even know how Pay-pal works? Im starting to believe you don't. They don't un-limit the account straight away and that takes time, How long? I don't know myself. But what i do know is that if you log on the account when its in the process of being un-limited and what ever the hell pay-pals doing. It'll render the whole process invalid and i'll have to start all over again, So! You will get the account when its unlimited.
