When did this happen: Started 2weeks ago just now started to be a scam.

How much?: 1hour rent in a CL. He would sell spots as VIP in the lobby.

So, Dabbi was going to sell me 50 verified YouTube accounts in exchange for a 1hour CL rent which he would sell VIP in. Then he started sending accounts. Later, he gets mad at me for sharing the accounts. Then he said that he has sent 20, which he has, and now he wants payment or me to return the accounts. The thing is, I havent changed any passwords on the accounts and he should still have the file saved to his computer. Now he says he will report me on NGU and I have decided to stop this attempted scam NOW.
