He said you already took it back. Thats impossible first off because the dispute on paypal just closed. I didn't get a Reversal.

This payment was for a website. He made a thread selling a website i responded intrested he said the thread owners he bought it from hacked it back. So he said are you intrested in making a website. I said yes. We talk on MSN he convinces me to send him the money. After sending money he says brb. Turns out he deleted me and Ignored me on MSN and didn't respond to me until i said refund or get a dispute.

Contacted the user. He has 24 hours to reply.

The user has not been online since I VMed him. I am giving him 15 days. I will be checking his profile very often. Once he comes online he will have to respond to the dispute or will be infracted accordingdly. Since he most likely stole your money, he will face a permaban if he can not refund you.
