Other comments: He said he can't log on to his account for paypal but i saw that he took the money cuz it says completed

it says completed because you sent as a gift gifts are automatically accepted/completed. i seriously carnt log into my paypal account. i put in fake details for the security quesstions too so i carnt recover it, i had the password saved to a txt. document but i changed it cos' stefan was teamviewing me while installing me something and i saved and restarted which meant i lost it. ive been litterally trying to log in for about 30 mins now and no luck.

Give him time to figure it out and update me. If he can't do the level up he will refund you.
