he hasn't sent my r8 yet, i paid him 2-4 days ago, and he still hasnt sent it, he keeps saying wait tomorrow at 12AM, because his limit has reached, and then he said it again. I'm giving him one more day until i open up a dispute

I have contacted the user, he has 24 hours to reply.
