If yes, What did they say?:- He said he didn't have to pay because it since the application was made to steal "Runescape" and that is a relation to "Runescape".

It shouldn't matter that the design is for runescape. The main part is the application is an account stealer. It is the same as a PSN stealer just decorated for Runescape. The application that was asked to be made was an account stealer, the design to be set for Runescape. The application only takes on a look for Runescape, however it is a Account Stealer and nothing else.

He claims that since I made it have a Runescape Design that it does not count, but design should not matter as the application itself is nothing but a Emailer that sends inputted information.

I request that he get me Premium but refused to abide by his part of the agreement. I have already sent him the application.
