His Original user name on here was DRAGONSLAYER67

My Xbox Account

-What did he/she steal?

We were making a deal
I was going to sell him my account



-How did they they scam you?

He said he wanted to see if my Xbox account was legitimate.
So me being a trusting and obliging person I sent him my account information.
Then he said he did not want to do the Deal.
And sent me back the information for My xbox account.
I Tested the information he sent back to me it was wrong Password/Email.
Then i said to him the Info is wrong.
He replied well that is your problem not mine.
The account Information had been obviously changed by him.




-What kind of proof do you have?

The Proof that i have is a user by the name of [ Durk ]
Apparently he has bought my Xbox Account from FusionBeats67.
After BeatFusions67 had said he had sent my account information back to me.
I also have all the messages in my Inbox of this deal that i have been scammed in !.


-When this happen?

This happened about two and a half months ago.
So i can still dispute this.


-What would you like to happen?

I would like to get my account back
I would like the user Durk to be refunded
And quite frankly i would like this user to be BANNED as he is in 2 other disputes.

And on a personal note i do appreciate all that the Moderators do for this great
website Next Gen Update and saddened by Scam artists that ruin it.

sorry i thought resolution was a person who could back me in this DISPUTE.

you contacted me, i am not the one being accused of scamming... can you remove that visitor message please as it looks bad on me
