Have you contacted the scammer?:- Yes
If yes, What did they say?:- He denies it and is trying to be stupid and all of a sudden does not want it
Other comments: I want my 30$ in full or just my account info back
and if he gets banned i want someone to please try to help me recover it THANKS!

So the message reads "NGU troll!"..? Might that have anything to do with this other account here that appears to have the same IP as you called NextGenTroll? You have very little time to explain this, else I will infract you for attempted scam.
