I sold him 200K fifa UT coins for Xbox360 for £15 PayPal. We had pre-deal discussions, He told me to go first as I was new with very little rep. That was understandable so I went ahead and went first, Bought his player for the agreed 200K. I then sent him my PayPal email address, he then replied saying payment was sent, But I have checked my emails and my paypal and there has been no money recieved. I contacted him regarding this and he has read the PM as I can tell through tracking but has yet to reply even though he has been online since.

Hello mate, It has been over 24 hours, What happens now?

Its obvious he's staying offline on purpose. He came online and read my PM so he knows I haven't got payment. Now he is keeping away for a while. I bet he comes back with some BS excuse like 'sorreh cudnt reply i broke ma toe'. I would like action to be taken imediately, He was given 24 hours and he hasn't responded.

He has logged in today and not responded.
