Have you contacted the scammer?:- Yes
If yes, What did they say?:-
does not respond, he says synchronized, I do not see anything on my account!
He also download games from my ps3, turning the system on its ps3!
I synchronized 3 games in the afternoon on his profile
v8 racing EU - Ultra Beat Hazard - Hamsterball

you downloaded from my psn games without my permission, by activating a system on your ps3!
I have not synced anything after 30 minutes he was in my account!

He got banned for scamming.
He only tripped the AE detector today. Probably to show who he really was.
Unfortunately we cannot do anything about the dispute.
Sorry for your wasted effort and time.
Word of advice,
Don't go first in a deal, if you do, make sure you are confident with the trade.
Scammers gonna scam, and there will always be people desperate enough to do so.
Dispute resolved.
