he stole my PSN ID account, I contacted him several times but he mostly tries to avoid me, after getting his skype
I kept telling him it's no use trying to steal the account, I can get it back. he kept opening weird discussions e.g : at court would you accuse someone ?
well apparently I didn't accuse him, he's the only person who had my PSN info, and surprisingly, the info was changed about 2 hours after I sent him the PSN account details.
and he kept saying some weird stuff that I can't be bothered to say.
and I already payed him 3USD and I've seen nothing but trash from this person.

So... All the evidence he posted clearly shows that you tried to steal his account, and that you didn't give him the trophies he requested from you.

You have two options to ponder:
1- Refund him
2- Face the consequences

If you still believe that you're innocent, I don't because you didn't post proof to show that 1- you did what he requested you to do and 2- you didn't attempt to steal his account. This is your last chance Eyeball, please do something if you wish to stay.
