although out of NGU, here is the record of conversation that did not take place on ngu. i was unaware of this rule. please bear with me. new to the forum and currently not in the best situation. previous dispute was closed because i did not have a device to access NGU on for a few days and could not respond.

You have already lost. You are just diving your whole deeper and deeper. If u feel scammed the. Charge back on PayPal. Ether way I'm going to win.

i don't feel scammed. to be honest, i really think you may have accidentally sent the money to the wrong person.

Although you are new, I can't disregard our Dispute policies on that the full transaction from greet to end must be handles on site and not on third party applications as of current. This information is in the announcements all over the site at the top of the page. I suggest you try with the chargeback method if you require the money back.

EDIT: I have made changed to the Dispute conditions, BLURRYFACE will now guide you through this Dispute.

I've PMed him earlyer and i guess I did refund re wrong person. So I'm sending him his 15 refund as soon as I get the money. Should be in a few hours. Sorry for all of this. ;(
