Other comments: Seller hacked trophies for me that I didn't want or consent to, in violation of following rule: "When being on someone’s PSN account.
Do not download anything from the PSN account unless you are being told to. Downloading content from other users without permission is against the rules.
Do not change the information, edit (as in remover or add) friends in the friend list without permissions. Doing so is against the rules.

In short; seller undertook a job, couldn't do it, gave me something completely unwanted instead, then didn't give refund.

It seems ItzSparkBoii does acknowledge it, which is nice to see him be honest. I think it's not ban-worthy, but this will serve as his warning if anything like this happens in the future. There are ways to deactivate the Sony system he used to download your content on their website, if you wish to do that then that's down to you.
As the user has been refunded, there is not much I can do from here. Dispute closed.
