When did this happen:

Before 1 year i pay him 80€ that he develop one similar site like serendipity not equal, but the same functions for some school projects.
He was a Big NGU member with a high reputation.
After i found my Login Files to this Account i have read the conversations again , and i wrote him proofs:

He said he gaves me the source , yes but not that what i payed for, and i never get my money back. (See Paypal Proof)

i thought NGU was a legal forum, I like that forum since over 3 years but that Passion do this with his high level of reputation.

Honestly this is pure bullshit and this guy made the report based on lies. He should be banned for it.

It seems that MrXiT- did get a source from Passion, and did get what he paid for, Passion even refunded some of the money before this dispute was made.

And since this case is over a year old and lacks solid evidence this dispute will be closed.
