this isn't something that is inside the game, this is a mod created on the PC lol.

Well I don't know much about it from a video.
So you can't really test me on it.

Remember people, coding for MW2 in GSC is PLATFORM INDEPENDENT[/u]. Now if this was a PC program then fine. But this is GSC code, NOT a windows executable (from what I can tell)

The best and easiest way to test patch files, etc.. is on MW2 for PC.
