Both fans are supposed to work independently. One is for the GPU one is for the CPU.

ok but their is only plug in on the fan right or 1 for each side?

I think that one plug is supposed to work for both fans.

I might be wrong, but that's what I always thought.

I had these on my old xbox . Both fans should be running. I think you have a faulty unit if only 1 fan is working
