Tutorial:

1. Go to Xbox.com and sign into your account.

2. Once signed in, select 'My Xbox'

3. Once your on that, select 'Privacy Settings'

4. You will see quite a few options, go to 'Online Status' and select 'Blocked'

Then save changes..

This way, whenever you sign into Xbox Live, your online status will be Offline.

Why do people want to sign in offline I'm not dis-likeing the thread but I want to know why?

Personally, I don't use this, but I only posted it for the people who hammer the Xbox and don't want their freinds knowing they are online, haha.
