The new dash board is very bright and vibrant in colors for some reason and the no icons for things are more square.

Not sure exactly. Like the Xbox Beta tester program or something. I'll try and search my email to find the exact name and link but you should google it. I also used this to get the facebook and twitter update about a month early. If I find a direct link, Ill give you a post on your profile.
