Yesterday I was banned from XBL.
As you may already know, an NGU member gave me an illegitimate code and I used it on my xbox.
The code never worked.
I tried logging into my XBOX later that day to find that I had been permanently banned.
I checked my E-mail and it said that I have been permanently banned for "Marketplace theft"
I tried calling them and they said there is nothing I can do.


Has this ever happened to any of you?

Happens me all the time bro, >.<

No but seriously this is dumb as **** keep ringing back til you get someone that is sound, thats what worked for me and i got refunded MSP :p

Only offline. Laney, contact microsoft and tell them the truth. They'll most likely be understanding.

I phoned them 3 times.
Every time It's the same.
I asked for a supervisor and they said "There's nothing I can do."
I made a new GT anyway :/
