What do u think Trick or Glitch - Faster or Naw!?

I tried it and didnt work for ps4, i timed my self with my phone and game and its still a 5 second plant and 7.5 second defuse. It's seems faster but same timing. But i tried it only for PS4 and that guy was playing xbox so...

Same on everything, it seems to speed it up but in reality it just skips the bar because its the knifing motion accompanies with the lost 1 bar thing
