not my problem you're computer is messing up. the program works for every one else.
tbh i don't even know how to make a virus.

Ahh just so you know lad, if its a rat or not, you ain't connected to the internet so it won't have access.. best thing to do is load safe mode up and download malwarebytes and scan your computer.. after its done, restart, uninstall malwarebytes and install your anti virus software
