At the moment we've only seen profile's being banned, possibly in the future they could start banning CIDs. But they do have Demonware so...

Yeah I was on a private ID. At first it was just telling me the servers where down, then when I restarted the game it told me I had been banned, and then I tried again and it was back to the server error.
