This is actually useless. You WILL be able to ring it and whatever, but you won't be able to speak on the iTouch, you will only be able to hear the person speaking on the other phone, as the iTouch doesn't have a built in microphone. At the moment, it's useless until you can find a microphone which plugs into the iTouch charger socket on the bottom of the object.
