today i have updated my tool for new update 1.13

Added Teleport menu !
what you need to use this ?
PS3 Jailbreak , Custom DEX
Target Manager in your PC

This is not done on a PS3, RTE is done via a computer with a JAILBROKEN DEX console.
So the short answer is no you need a jailbroken PS3 and no you cannot transfer anything from a CFW PS3 to a OFW PS3 because 99% of the time the mods will not work that is how it is.

For some reason everytime I click connect and attach the program freezes, any suggestions?
