Upon running the ps3lib.dll It overwrites any other ps3lib files on your pc.
The effect is, (after you ran the affected program) all programs that rely on ps3lib now do the same thing.
EX, any tool with ps3lib now overwrites all of the ps3lib files.
To fix it you'll need to go through and replace every ps3lib file on your pc with one that has not been replaced. (a freshly downloaded one)
The issues can be found in my post from his thread that I quoted below..
