Hello, NGU

Instructions

Place the EBOOT in /dev_hdd0/game/BLXXXXXXX/USRDIR
Go to black ops 2 offline, then wait till you get to multiplayer
then press the PS button and sign in
then wait 30 sec or when the lag stops
then play online

I made a debugged eboot for 1.19 patch!!! this Eboot works on Dex :P

What??? No you say signed off till your in bo2 multi. Then press the PS button to sign in NOT the (play online) way. If you do then you'll never connect.

To be safe I'll use a self with SC58's current anti-ban offset and his eboot which he "NEVER NEVER" got banned using and add a few mods. Sound good?
