Just wondering if someone could help me out?

I was modding zombies in a custom game and i was permanently banned. But i dont think my console ID is because i made a new account and i can play online with that. Just wondering if it is possable to unban my banned account?

I recently go banned on black ops 2 for no reason at all, I never modded the game in anyway at all. Can I apply the anti-ban eboot to fix the problem or is it too late?
