Do we need an anti ban to play online multiplayer to not get banned?

No you do not need anti-ban. Just disable sys calls and don't mod

If it's like AW, you will get banned regardless.

Yes, you need antiban (to be safe) for both zombies and multiplayer (possibly freerun?). Since this game is based on Black Ops 2's structure, an antiban could be possible relatively sooner, than with Advanced Warfare. :/
