Where did you get unlock all and max weapons? Pretty sure its my credits :salll:

You should help me out to add clients to my tool sometime been having trouble with that..

It connects but it literally does nothing for me.

The tool doesn't set any type of stats or anything. It does nothing, for me. All your other tools work great, as we talked about in your BO1 tools thread. This one just doesn't seem to do anything. Does my region have anything to do with it? I play the BLES version.
