You just change C6 to C7 in your class offsets..

Type 1;
God Mode on Class 1 Offset,

Class 1, Perk 1 : 0x208B8F2
ON : C7
OFF : C6

Type 2;
God Mode on Class 1 Offset,

Class 1, Perk 1: 0x208B8F1
ON: 6A67808D
OFF: I Haven't found an Off Offset, It needs to be replaced by copying another Class into Class 1's Place or by going Prestige and resetting everything.

I can't find any other GOD Modes for B01, other than Local Matches ..
