I've readed a lot of posts here on NGU "Who can host XP-Lobbys??".
So I've played Black Ops in the last days and I've found a Gamemode where are the most XP-Lobbys!
Go and search a game (alone or with friends) in Team Tactics.
There are BiG XP Lobbys in every second game!
Also don't ask here so often, and go play a round Team Tactics
This is only a Tip from me
It worked for me!

No offense, but this is sort of pointless because there is no guarantee of it. And isnt really a TUT of anything.
