Black OPS 1? Problem, just created backup through disc via multiman, installed zombiekillahs dlc pkg alongside a patch.ff file, start game with BD/Internal settings enabled, start and its stuck at a black screen, emulator settings at hermes .. do I need to installed older updates before zombies?

Tried update feature in multiman and its stating that 1.13 is available for download and that 9.99 via zombiekillah is installed? Any help would be appreciated, can play with the CD no issues, wanting to run backup as wanting to try zombie mods, thanks.
