Yo, I've been getting into quiet a few XP Lobbies and I've noticed it takes soo long to Level up as people are saying that the highest is 500 XP without getting banned? Is their a way past this? To get 15th or something straight away?

I don't think theres away to get pass that 500xp limit. And if you want to get 15th straight away do the prestige hack Happy
