No you can't unban accounts only consoles, it's probably best if you don't mod using your main account on a account that you don't want to get banned on. You just got to be careful now, Sony are doing ban waves (when your console gets banneed along with the accounts on that console)

unban account is not possible. also, talking with sony about it is useless.

just forget it and don't mod with your main accounts
